Yep,I'm Chinese and from Shanghai.
What you've heard about Shanghai is almost right.
The status of Shanghai now I think is like a 30 year old man, who wants to be more mature(modern), and eagers to say good bye to youth(tradition)
But it's an amazing age, don't you think so? hahaha~~
Oh, your words remind me. Maybe I should hang out and take some old districts' pictures also.

Nope, I have never been to Shanghai.

I heard so many old districts has been destroyed in Shanghai, due to the construction rush and city development. That's too sad.. I wish we still had such old districts in where I live so I could hang out to take many pictures like every weekends.

Thanks for leaving your comment. I love street photography but now I'm too busy to hang out on the street and take photos... It's been like this for almost 10 months now. I even can't stop my car to take a snapshot during my work. Ha.

Actually when enjoying your fotos I suddendly found I once had visited here.
It's about one year ago, at that time I was planning to travel to Japan and wanted to get some Japanese local fotos.
