It was just an endless streem of people to Shrine.
As if they were marching.
And I was one of them, then realised
that I should stop walking.
Then I did, and watched people walking and walking.
行進しているような
終りのない人々の流れ。
自分もそのうちのひとりだと気付いた途端、
止まらなきゃ、と思った。
そうして、人々が歩いていくのを
眺めた。
Happy new year 2006!!
It was nice taking photos on that day, crowded people and traditional stuffs, colourful streets.. The thing is that I dint take many photos...and most of them ended up with crappie trushes... haha.
I hope you will take more photos in 2006!
Happy shooting!

Hi Lauryn
It is a nice pic. Actually, I like the Japanese way of celebrating new year-- going to the temple and those stuff. This year we went to Zojoji shrine near Tokyo tower after the countdown. It was crowded like hell, but it was fun.
By the way, Happy New Year 2006.
Hope to see more of your great street shots this year too.
